I’m a professional parkour athlete, theatre performer, and coach based in East London, UK.

With 20+ years experience, I was one of the early adopters of parkour when it began to expand outside of France.

With a career spanning theatre, film & TV, commercial work, photography and coaching, I have also competed internationally - at RedBull Art of Motion events and placing 5th in the World Freerunning Championships.

My background is in sports and science, competing at national level in athletics (triple jump) and receiving a 2:1 in Biomedical Sciences from Newcastle University.

I am also a skateboarder, cliff diver and nature lover.
